Birdie Bean Launches Leo the Truck bed linen and pyjamas

“Leo the Truck” is a preschool animated series by independent content producer Project First. “Leo the Truck” captivates young audiences with his intelligence and playful nature, bringing construction kits to life in each episode. By involving viewers in the process of assembling vehicles and devices, Leo encourages children to actively engage with the story, enhancing their spatial intelligence and attention to detail. With the help of his friends, Lifty the Loader and Scoop the Shovel, Leo’s adventures also foster problem-solving skills, making learning both fun and interactive.

The cartoon is translated to 15 languages and have gained 23 billion views on YouTube worldwide. 2 seasons of 130 episodes are in rotation with new episodes of Season 3 being released. Project First also develops its own Leo the Truck apps which have gained 26 million downloads. A number of live-action channels also involve kids playing with toys and other Leo products, thus extending Leo universe for kids.

“We’re so excited to bring Leo the Truck™ to Birdie Bean!” says Autumn Heathman, Founder of Birdie Bean, who has announced the partnership. “As a mom-founded brand, we’re always looking for characters that resonate with both kids and parents—and Leo is just that. With his cheerful personality and educational storylines, Leo perfectly complements the heart and whimsy of Birdie Bean.

This collection will be sold exclusively on birdiebean.com, as well as through our network of trusted retail partners across the U.S. It’s already generating amazing buzz within our community, and we’re thrilled to see the excitement growing!

Birdie Bean is known for ultra-soft, bamboo-based clothing and accessories designed with little ones—and their grown-ups—in mind. Every piece combines comfort, quality, and standout prints that spark joy. This Leo the Truck collection is no exception, and we’re honored to collaborate on something so fun and meaningful.”

“We are glad to offer a line of bed linen and pyjamas for our US audience”, – says Vladimir Nabatov, General Producer, Project First. “Leo’s got a big audience in the U.S., in English and Spanish on YouTube and in English on Amazon, but haven’t got many products in US market so far — and we’re really excited to grow our licensing program to keep up with the demand and thanks to our agent Caravanserai for making it happen. As Licensing Expo is coming close we are looking forward to show the line to a large audience there.”
